SIMS 3 TOWN GUIDE

This my all thank's to you ! because you i can more master the sims 3 !! so this about town :

The Sims 3 Sunset Valley

A Tour of Sunset Valley with Town Maps, Secrets, and Locations

The Sims 3 - A view of Sunset Valley's Downtown area. A large portion of the town is visible in the screenshot
Welcome to our Tour of Sunset Valley. This guide to the primary town of The Sims 3 will teach you various secrets, special seed locations, and provide helpful information about most of the locales in SV. This guide will answer a lot of "Where to" type of questions, like where to take classes, join particular careers, and find certain types of items for sale. You'll also find a list of lots that have the Beautiful Vista moodlet. Later, we'll also take a walk off the beaten path and spot some of the must-visit places on the outskirts of town for your collecting needs. We've got Pink Diamond locations, special seed spawns, and rare metal spawns to help you find Plutonium and Palladium. This page also serves up links to all the other info on Sunset Valley Carl's Sims 3 Guide has available.
Fishing Spots
Something like this deserves its own page, and we have a ton of maps for Sunset Valley over on the Fishing guide. If you're looking for a particular fish, head directly to Sunset Valley Fishing Spots. You can learn the bait for those fish on the Fish List.
Real Estate
Many of the places in town are available for purchase. For Vanilla Sims 3 (The Sims 3 with no expansions), this list is limited to rabbit holes which your Sim enters but cannot be seen. With The Sims 3 Ambitions expansion, it also includes buildings like the Library and Fishing Holes which can be upgraded with more equipment to increase their profit potential. It would be redundant to list all the information about the various prices, upgrade requirements, and earnings here -- if you need that information or would like to learn more, have a look at the Real Estate and Venues Ownership Guide.
Collecting
I'll mention some of the spots for finding good items like special seeds and pink diamonds in this guide, but if you want to learn almost all of the collecting spots in The Sims 3, head to the collecting guide.
Expansions and Sunset Valley
This guide is largely for the Vanilla version of The Sims 3 and focuses more on its version of Sunset Valley. While I will touch on what changes in the various buildings here due to expansions, the buildings that are exclusive to expansions are covered on those pages. World Adventures adds no buildings to the town, Ambitions adds several -- the Salon/Tattoo Parlor, Fire Department, Consignment Shop, and a Junkyard. Late Night brings nothing new to Sunset Valley aside from an infestation of Vampires, but you can add bars and night clubs manually using Edit Town mode.
Beautiful Vista Lots in Sunset Valley
There are more lots with Beautiful Vista in Sunset Valley than anywhere else. Here is a list of the unoccupied lots which will give Sims the Beautiful Vista moodlet which ranges from +10 to +30. The moodlet is very helpful as it will help your Sim any time they're home. Beautiful Vista lots are the best place to build a home, simply because of this permenant boost.

Sunset Valley Downtown Map

Sunset Valley's downtown is densely populated with buildings. Some of which will never be useful to your current Sim, but you'll likely visit most of them as you experience more of the game. Here is a map of the town with info on each of the buildings Sims can visit and interactions available there.
The Sims 3 Sunset Valley Town Map
1: City Hall
City Hall is the home of the Political Career, and serves Sims by offering classes in Charisma. It's also the place to go to change your Sim's name. Sims may also take a tour of City Hall free of charge, and will leave with a fascinated moodlet. There are other more effective forms of entertainment to be found around town. If you have Ambitions, it will be the place to be for registering as a Self-Employed Sim.
2: Police Department
The Police Department in Sunset Valley serves only two purposes, aside from the occasional opportunity. It's the rabbit-hole employment spot for Sims in the Law Enforcement Career and, with Ambitions, where to join the Private Investigator Profession.
3: Little Corsican Bistro
The Little Corsican Bistro is a high-class place to eat in town. It's about 4x more expensive than Hogan's Deep Fried Diner, but serves much better food. If you want your Sim to be a Chef, send them here for employment. The Bistro also offers cooking classes, and for Late Night owners, mixology classes.
4: EverFresh Delights Supermarket
The Supermarket sells almost every type of fruit and vegetable in the game. The only exceptions are Special fruits. Many varieties of fish are also sold here, including the high-end lobster. Players with Late Night will find this place sells Plasma Fruit, the only special type available. It's a great pit stop for fishermen and gardeners to sell their goods. You can also buy bubble bath, birthday cakes, rubber duckies, and mood light candles. This is also a place for Teens to get a part-time job.
5: Wilsonoff Community Theatre
The theatre is home to the Music Career, and offers lessons on Guitar and the Late Night Instruments. Your Sim can take a tour of the theater, but its most common use is to go to a movie for $30. This is an occasional wish for Sims, and isn't a bad idea as it's a fun activity that provides a long-lasting moodlet if the movie is good. The theater is a great spot to play for tips with any one of the instruments. Head there around the start of a show in the early afternoon or evening and you can hook up to or more than a dozen Sims. This is second only to playing in subways in the Late Night expansion.
6: Divisadero Budget Books
The Book Store is a one-stop shop for Sims looking for recipes, sheet music, skill books, or a good read. You can also purchase books that will teach you a fish's favorite bait. It's one of the cheaper businesses to own, and also provides part time job opportunities.
7: Le Petit Shark Pool Center
This is a fancy pool open to Sims visiting the downtown area of Sunset Valley. It's a decent spot for Sims to have fun in groups, as there's plenty of room to hang out. Sims with the athletic skill may want to swim here to raise their level. It really could stand to have an outdoor grill, or something to accomodate a day in the Sun.
8: Lofty Cerulean Blue Pool
This place is much like above, but almost feels out of place. It's attached to the nearby lot, and frankly if I owned that lot I'd have the cops on speed dial to stop the trespassers constantly coming to my pool.
9: Sunset Institute of Modern Art
Artsy Sims will once in a while like to come to this art museum in town. They need only stick their toes in the door to satisfy the wish to visit, however. It's really not a great destination. Unfortunately, the art displayed here your Sim can buy. Watching Sims paint new things is much more entertaining for the player. With the release of patches, Sims can no longer go Klepto on the museum and will find the ability disabled.
10: Sacred Spleen Memorial Hospital
The Hospital is not a very active destination for Sims not involved in the Medical Career. It is however the subject of many opportunities across various skills, careers, and professions.
11: Community School for the Gifted
...or not so gifted in the case of some Sim children. This is the public school in town and everyone from Nobodies to the affluent children of the Landgraabs will attend here. Sims can take an art class and will be able to take on the Teaching Career with Ambitions.
12: Hogan's Deep Fried Diner
The Diner is a much cheaper place to eat than the Bistro, and an alternate spot to join the Culinary Career and take Cooking classes. You may choose this spot if it's a faster commute to work for your Sim, as the career working at either is identical.
13: Sharma Day Spa
The Day Spa is a great place to spend your Sim's money. They can get massages, facials, and spa packages here. All of these will serve to boost your Sim's mood to various degrees. The best package lasts a full week and gives a hefty mood bonus. Sims can also take part-time jobs as spa specialists and receptionists here.
14: Doo Peas Corporate Tower
There's nothing particularly special about this building. You can join the Journalism and Business Careers here, and take writing classes.
15: 28 Hour Wellness Gym
The Gym is a great, free place to raise your Sim's athletic skill level. There are treadmills, weight machines and an indoor pool for them to use. You'll find showers, bathrooms, snacks and entertainment as well. For a while playing a homeless Sim was popular and this was the single best place for them to call 'home'. Don't buy that the moodlet you get here increases athletic skill gain -- it doesn't. Your Sim is better off jogging or working out at home.
16: Central Park
The Park is a pretty great place for families to hang, and for Sims to meet others. This is one of the two hottest spots to play for tips along with the Theater. There are plenty of low-level fishing spots for Sims just getting started in that skill. Picnic areas, restrooms, and outdoor grills are offered to give Sims a nice place to enjoy the day. It's also a good spot to find a chess partner, as you can hook Sims visiting the park into playing with your Sim.
17: Papyrus Memorial Library
The Papyrus Memorial Library makes the book store almost unnecessary for skilling purposes. You can read up on all available skill books here, and occupy children with the toys and children's books. Writers will love its free computer, when they're getting started in te skill.
18: Abandoned Warehouse
The Outstanding Citizens corp is home to the Criminal Career. Special Agents (Sims Level 10 in Law Enforcement) can raid this place for cash from time to time.

The Outskirts of Sunset Valley Map

The Sims 3 Sunset Valley Map - A full view of the town in one shot
This Map features Pink Diamond, Palladium Metal, and Special Seed spawn locations in Sunset Valley. This should be very helpful to Gardeners, and Sims trying to make a Simbot or otherwise needing Life Fruit for Ambrosia. Pink Diamonds are just flat rare and you can collect hundreds of gems before ever finding one. High-dollar metal spawns are also included, such as plutonium and palladium locations. For maps to all other types of collectibles, have a look at the Maps page for shots using the collection helper.
1: Simhenge
This location named after 'Stonehenge' offers several butterfly spawn points, and other collectibles. It's a can't miss as you're likely to find something good on most trips. It's easy to come to this spot and leave with 6 or more collected items. It's worth a visit almost every day for the butterflies alone.
2: Abandoned Mine
Be sure to look along the path for other collectibles (like Palladium) on your way to this mine that offers loads of metal spawn points, which can be rare varieties.
3: Private Beach
This place isn't noted on the map, but is a great spot for higher level fishermen to catch Alley Catfish, Red Herring, Tuna, Tragic Clownfish, Siamese Catfish, Shark, and Lobster.
4: Old Pier Beach
Old Pier beach offers up some areas for Sims to hang out. It's a good pit stop for Sims taking part in beach fishing.
5: Fort Gnome Military Base
Your Sims can take a handiness class here, and of course join the Military Career. It's also a common destination for a variety of opportunities. It's worth checking out with your Sim, as the giant fighter is a very cool statue and you can see the space shuttle. Sure, you can buy the statue here yourself but it's a lot to drop on one of the most expensive items in The Sims 3. Be sure to pay the nearby Pink Diamond spawn location a visit, as well!
6: Landgraab Industries Science Facility
Sims can turn in Insects here for cash, take a Logic or Gardening class, and join the Science Career. The surrounding area is a great place to partake in some collecting even for non-scientists. There's also an omni-plant in the garden here, which can be tended by your Sim. The Science Lab is the destination of an opportunity to resurrect a Sim.
7: Pleasant Rest Graveyard
Pleasant Rest Graveyard features several Special Speed spawners outside its fences. The entire area becomes active at night time, when ghosts roam the lot and death fish become catchable from the pond in the cemetery. The Mausoleum is like a random treasure trove. You can send your Sim in to explore, and they may find valuable items like special seeds, pink diamonds and much more. They'll of course get scared off by the occasional zombie bear attack for their effort. Sims can also take a part time job by clicking the mausoleum itself. Too bad your Sim can't really dig graves...
8: Llama Memorial Stadium
Take a class in Athletics here, or become a Pro Athlete. The stadium also hosts olympics that Athletic Sims can partake in to win a prize! When you're in the area, pay the path behind the stadium a visit. This area leading to Crystal Springs hosts a Pink Diamond spawn point.
9: Stoney Falls
Stoney Falls is a good place to catch Alley Catfish and Angelfish, and both of them are used as bait in the build-up to catching perfect Death Fish.
10: Pinochle Pond
Offers a beautiful view and Red Herring, Piranha, Black Goldfish, Shark, Angel Fish, Vampire Fish, and Lobster to catch.
11: Crystal Springs
This place is quite far out of the way but offers Angel Fish, Lobster, and Vampire Fish for your troubles. Bring the Garlic!

SIMS 3 EXPANSION PACK : WORLD ADVENTURE

What's New in the Expansion Pack?

Smashing through a secret passage with Pangu's Axe in the Sims 3 World Adventures
Welcome to Carl's Sims 3 Guide to the World Adventures expansion pack. This page will start as a listing of new features in World Adventures, and gradually expand to include articles on all the new features, as well as updates to existing guides that have been improved. Here we'll go over just what you get when you buy the World Adventures expansion. Look for links on this page for more information on certain topics. We're working hard to get the new content out as quickly as possible. One day this page will serve as a gateway for most information related to the expansion.
If you make the decision to buy the game, consider doing so through one of the following links. Sales through any of these links will help to support the guide:
Buy From: Amazon.com | Amazon.co.uk | Amazon.ca

Pushing statues to the appropriate spot is one of the many dungeon puzzles you'll encounter in the Sims 3 World Adventures
The Main Feature: Travel
The biggest addition to The Sims 3 brought by World Adventures is the ability to travel to three destinations in the world. This feature acts a bit like a vacation. You'll go home after a set amount of days based on your traveling Sims' combined VISA levels. These VISA points add up and eventually unlock new levels. Having a higher level, combined with lifetime rewards and certificates of partnership with those countries will eventually extend the time frame you can stay in a country from three days to a full eighteen with a single Sim. Other members of your Sim's family who come along will also add their travel days to the tally, bringing it up to a potential of 72 days in a foreign land.
The New Travel Destinations
Simmers can travel to three places from around the world. In travel destinations, you can meet with the locals and form new friendships, experience an entirely different map to explore and pursue adventures. There is a specific skill associated with each area, which will be detailed in their associated guides. The new locations are:
  • Al Simhara, Egypt - This place sells the best cameras in the game and is the unofficial "home" of the new Photography skill because of this. This place features the most challenging adventures in the game for some Sims, because there are mummies inside which can put a deadly curse on your Sim.
  • Champs Les Sims, France - Here Sims can learn to make nectar. Nectar Making allows Sims to brew drinks to serve at parties or to themselves, which give a nice mood boost when consumed. France has a beautiful countryside setting and features some unique dungeons to explore.
  • Shang Simla, China - Home to Martial Arts, a new skill that works with the athletic skill to improve a Sim's fighting ability. It's the only place to get started in this popular skill. There are some neat sites to see, such as the Terracotta Army and the Dragon Cave.
Check back later, a full list of what the shopkeepers offer in each destination will be detailed, along with some general information on the sites you can visit while vacationing.
The dungeons in the Sims 3's World Adventures can be huge, but easy to navigate.
Adventures
In each location you can visit, there is an adventure board outside the base camp. This behaves a lot like the opportunities in the normal game, but you'll be allowed one extra slot for each location giving you the ability to take up a mission in each. Adventures can be as simple as collecting a certain material and returning it to the quest giver, talking to some of the locals to convince them of another Sim's opinion or as complex as doing some tomb raiding and exploring one of the expansion's many dungeons.
You'll earn VISA points and ancient coins, as well as Simoleons from completing these tasks. Often, you'll be asked to go into a dungeon and search it for a missing artifact. These can come in the form of collectible item sets, ancient relics and fragments that can be assembled for place on your home lot. For example, get enough sarcophagus fragments and you can build a sarcophagus back at home that will allow your Sim to sleep like an Egyptian King.
Every Location has a general store where you can purchase supplies for adventuring. New items like dried food, the shower in a can and a variety of different quality tents make sleeping and surviving in a dungeon much easier to accomplish. The general stores are always located in that town's market area, so look for it on your map.
As you accumulate more ancient coins, and raise your Sim's visa level in that destination, you'll gradually be able to purchase new items in the special store. Some are quite powerful. One actually reveals all the locations of excavation sites on the map for your Sim so they can easier find them and line their pockets with riches and ancient relics for their collections.
Pushing statues to appropriate spots is one of the many puzzles you'll encounter in the Sims 3 World Adventures' dungeons.
Dungeons
Inside dungeons, your Sims will encounter traps, puzzles and even mummies. None of the puzzles are too challenging, but some might require a little thinking ahead to be done right. In short you'll be looking around more often and paying attention to the new rooms you unlock, looking for hidden switches and floor traps. Most of the dungeons are fairly linear, and can be completed quickly. Some will find this a welcome addition, as it's often satisfying when you unlock that door to the next room.
Inside you'll find some of the best new additions. Some dungeons are much larger than others and feature many many items. Keep an eye out for ancient coins on the ground and look for collectible jars and other relics of the past which can be very valuable. You can sell them or form a collection to display at home. It's exciting when you discover a new relic that's worth a sizable amount of money. This makes adventuring a viable way to make money in the game. True adventurers will be really annoyed when they have to go home for a couple days in between trips and may find themselves looking for something to do.
Old Skills' Involvement in World Adventures
Thankfully, if your Sim is stuck at home in between adventures there's still plenty to do. Work on the old skills, namelyfishing, cooking and charisma, in order to get new options when adventuring. It'll help a lot when you're tasked to convince villagers or fish for a particular catch if your Sim is already skilled in those areas. You'll also need a way to make money quickly if you want to be able to afford all those trips. The base price for a 3 day stay starts at $1300 for for China, $1600 for Egypt and $1900 for France. There is a nice discount for longer trips as you improve the VISA level. The new jetsetter lifetime reward provides a discount of around 20% for all trips.
Nectar Making, one of the new skills in the Sims 3 World Adventures
The New Skills in World Adventures
  • Martial Arts - Learned in China. This skill will make your Sim a powerful fighter. You'll beat up mummies and other Sims with ease once it's mastered. The skill also allows you to meditate, which gives a meditative focus moodlet. This moodlet boosts skill gains and flat makes the Sim better at everything they do. Achieve mastery of meditation and your Sim can teleport, further pursue challenges related to martial arts and you may one day be able to use the ultra-powerful tranquil transference ability, meaning a meditative master need never own the personal teleporter to get around quickly.
  • Nectar Making - Learned in France. Gardeners and master chefs will love this. You can take produce from the garden and turn it into a passive form of income. Nectar can be aged and can rack up a tidy sum pretty quickly if you allow the bottles time to generate value. It's just one more reason to take up the great gardening skill. The grapes in France will help to offer you more options to growing plants, to boot. Other destinations also have new fruits that can be grown which will give you a grand total of ten new plants to raise to perfect.
  • Photography - Primarily in Egypt. While you can buy a Snaptastic Flimsy Cam in any of the locations, Egypt's general store sells the very best 2 models. There are a lot of subjects to capture if your Sim keeps their camera on them at all times. Read up on my guide to getting started in this skill before you take it on. In short, Photography is not an amazing money maker at first but provides some additional income to early level adventurers who need every bit of money they can get.
New Lifetime Wishes and Traits
There are 8 new lifetime wishes to be pursued with the World Adventures expansion. They're all related in some way to the new skills. Your Sim might want to master both martial arts and athletics, or even secure level 3 VISAs in all three countries. Maybe they'd like to have an excellent wine collection. This adds a lot more replayability to a game that's already chock full of good challenges to take one.
There are of course new traits to augment the new skills and travel itself. Sims with the Adventurous trait will experience less downtime in between adventures and be happiest when they are off exploring the exotic destinations. Disciplined Sims will find Martial Arts an easy skill to master, and be better at it in general. Photographer's Eye will increase the rate a Sim learns Photography and create higher quality pictures they can sell. There doesn't seem to be any trait for Nectar Making, although gardening is always a good to accompany this skill, as Green Thumbs will raise perfect plants faster than other Sims, making some very fine Nectar indeed.
Snakes come out of a hole, scaring a Sim in World Adventures
The old traits will also see some extra use. Brave Sims and Daredevils will do better while adventuring for example. It might not hurt to explore some other combinations to see just how they can help your Sim in their Adventure.
New Lifetime Rewards
Something I was sorely hoping for in this expansion pack was new options to spend my Lifetime Happiness Points. Thankfully, the expansion delivered nicely. There are a total of 11 new rewards Sims can buy from all price ranges. Many will be happy to see that the fun and energy needs are easier to satisfy with a couple of them. Sims can learn to become prepared travelers and be allowed to spend more time in each destination, also. You'll also find a reward called no bills, ever which is definitely worth purchasing as your Sim will need to spend more and more money per week in bills as they accumulate a massive stash of relics to decorate the home with.
New Objects for the Home
There are dozens of new items for the home in World Adventures. Simmers who like decorating won't be disappointed with the new additions. There is also a fortune cookie machine (from China) which Sims can use. If they get a good fortune, they'll be happy. Handy Sims can even modify this machine to always give good fortunes! Great for a quick snack before work.
The expansion also adds a new hidden skill, Snake Charming. Read the Al Simhara Guide to learn more. It can remove themummy's curse preventing a Sim's death and saving them a trip to the Great Sphinx to remove it.
New Build Mode Cheats: Tomb Creation
You can now create tombs using a cheat in build mode that will allow you to access hidden items. Check our guide toTomb Creation to learn more!
Excavating in the Sims 3 World Adventures to find relics and other hidden treasures.
Additions to Existing Skills
There's a ton of new content out there for players who love the fishing, collecting, cooking and gardening skills. There are several new types of gems, gem cuts, and metals like Mummitomium. Players who find the rare tiberium rocks can save them until they turn radioactive and sell them for a hefty sum. Frogs, Crawfish, Crocodiles, Mummy Fish, Dragon Fish and Koi are all caught out in the world. Recipes for each region have been added to the recipe book.
All these changes to existing skills have led to tweaks in the way the challenges for those skills work. For example, at one time you needed to catch all fish in the game for one fishing challenge. Now you need catch only 20 of those types. This isn't hard, but most of these challenges will require your Sim to travel to one of the new locations to find the next new thing. This is good, as it lends a more adventurous tone to the world with plenty of exploration to be done.

SIMS 3 EXPANSION PACK : AMBITIONS

An Overview of What's New in the Expansion

Ambitions is the second expansion pack released for The Sims 3. Its core theme is professions, and makes some interesting additions to how Sims can earn money in the game. In this guide, we'll learn about what's new in Ambitions and touch on its features. The guide is meant to be a platform for getting you to other articles on the guide with more detailed information on each topic. Naturally some people are on the fence about buying Ambitions, and this guide may help them make their final decision. Typical game reviews don't usually give a nice rundown of everything that's included. Also, if you just bought it, you may discover some things you didn't notice. Note that Ambitions is very fresh and coverage of all the new expansion stuff takes time.
Professions Overview
Professions are the focus of the Ambitions expansion. You'll now have the ability to be much more interactive when pursuing a job with a Sim. While the originals remain untouched, there's a lot of juicy new content and ways to make money. Professions generally pay by the job, with a weekly stipend thrown in for good measure. Let's have a look at the new roles Sims can fill:
  • Architect - The Architectural Design profession will send your Sim on jobs to redecorate other Sims' homes. They may want their bathroom remodeled, or a nursery for their baby. You'll be given instructions and a set budget. A modified buy/build mode serves as your platform for serving your customers. There's more depth than meets the eye here as Sims with particular traits can be picky!
  • Doctor - The Doctor profession is not all that new, but an updated version of the medical career track from vanilla Sims 3. You'll now have the option of leaving the hospital during work hours to do side jobs such as vaccinations and clinic duty.
The Sims 3 Ambitions - A firefighter rescues a Sim
  • Firefighter - Take on this career to rescue Sims and put out fires. It's suited to athletic types. Later in the profession you can even work from home as your Sim will get a personal fire engine and fire alarm for taking emergency calls.
  • Ghost Hunter - This is one of the more unique new professions in Ambitions. During work hours, your Sim will be given jobs to eliminate hauntings from others' homes. These can range from Spirits, to Poltergeists, to full body apparitions scaring the home owners. You of course get a zapper gun in ghost buster fashion and can even collect certain types of Spirits you encounter to earn extra money.
  • Inventor - This is a self employment profession, and full-blown skill for Ambitions players. You'll be able to make all sorts of wonderul gadgets, decorations, and toys from scrap your Sim collects in the new Junk Yard. One of the cooler aspects of this is the ability to make an excavator to drill in your back yard or practically any other lot. You'll find treasures and can even travel from point A to point B using the left over tunnels. Simmers who stick it out to level 10 can even fashion their own SimBot! That's right, the mechanical companion has been brought back with Ambitions. Avoid water!
  • Private Investigator - This profession will send your Sim sleuthing for clues to solve a number of multi-step cases. The cases won't be unfamiliar to World Adventures players who've done a lot of adventuring. They're linear, but random in who's involved. Your Sim will be able to rummage through trash for clues, go on stakeouts, and even break into homes to get the information they need to solve the case.
The Sims 3 Ambitions - Sculpting a big fish statue
  • Sculptor - The second of two major skills in Ambitions, the sculptor is a very lucrative path to take. You can make all sorts of different item types, from toilets to statues. Use them to decorate your home, or even help with your Architectural Design by offering unique pieces to clients. You can fashion objects out of clay, wood, stone, ice, and even make topiaries.
  • Stylist - If you pursue the Stylist profession, your Sim will get jobs to improve the looks of Sims all over town. You can do full makeovers and wardrobes. Clients will have specific needs and it's up to you to fill them. Stylist is a hidden skill as well, so your Sim will get better and better success rates on the job as you pursue the career. Build a portfolio and impress new clients to earn even more money during work hours.
  • Teacher - This is the weakest addition in terms of gameplay. It's a simple old-school career track, and doesn't bring a lot to the game. For some reason, they didn't even add a lifetime wish for teachers. Still, it's nice to have one more path to pursue.
Self Employment
In addition to these career tracks, Sims who pursue a skill as their primary method of earning money can now register as self employed. It's as simple as gaining the first level in a skill then heading to City Hall to register. This provides another way to earn cash in the form of bonuses and your Sim will accomplish set goals that provide them with occasional rewards like decorative plaques and trophies.
The Sims 3 Ambitions - Boom goes the Dynamite!
New Skills
As mentioned previously, the Inventing and Sculpting skills are new to Ambitions. There's also a new hidden skill, Tattoo Art. Your Sim can buy a chair and do tattoos at home, or do this at the Salon in town. Doing more tattoos will gradually improve their earnings and success rate when using the machine.
The Consignment Shop
New to each town is a Consignment Store where Sims can sell their creations. This is much better as opposed to sellingpaintings and inventions through the inventory. Now, you can put objects up for sale and expect them to be sold at a high mark up, boosting your profit. Almost anything Sims can create can be sold here, and you'll be encouraged to do so as there's a consignment tab in the skill journal which tracks your Sim's ability to sell objects.
Real Estate & Property Ownership
While vanilla Sims 3 enables players to invest in properties and become business partners to earn weekly cash from their holdings, Ambitions improves on this. Now, almost every public place in town can be purchased and improved. Any place your Sim can enter that's not a rabbit hole can be upgraded with new infrastructure after purchasing its deed, such as placing a picnic table by a lake, or adding new washing machines to the laundromat. Fulfilling certain requirements for each property will up its value and lead to greater returns. The original properties will be the same, and require you to buy out ownership in order to get those juicy pay checks.
The Sims 3 Ambitions -
New Traits and Lifetime Wishes
As a Sims expansion, of course Ambitions offers a healthy dose of new traits and wishes for Simmers. Most every new profession has something strongly tied to it, such as the savvy sculptor trait and Descendant of da Vinci Lifetime Wish. Many of these exist only to synergize with the new gameplay options, and that's fine. Something new and unrelated to other expansion content is the Possession is Nine Tenths of the Law lifetime wish, suited for Kleptomaniacs.
On the trait front, there are a number of interesting new additions such as the eco-friendly trait, which makes Sims 'go green' and get happy when they help save the planet. The dramatic trait is one of those neat ones for making your Sims more entertaining. They'll respond over-dramatically to life events much like a real life drama queen. Born Salesperson is strongly tied to the consignment shop and will help your Sim to be more business minded and improve their success there.
New Lifetime Rewards
The only truly major addition to the Sims 3's lifetime reward offerings brought by Ambitions is 'My Best Friend' at 40,000 happiness points. This gives your Sim a SimBot helper, which is much like a regular Sim. They're naturally attuned to handiness and inventing, and start with some skill in both. Of course, you can create your own with the Inventing skill as well, and choose between male or female SimBots.
The Sims 3 Ambitions - Inventing
The entrepreneurial mindset and profession simoleon booster are directly tied to the new professions and boost the experience gained and money earned, respectively. Suave sellers make more cash from their sales at the consignment store. Inventors and metal Sculptors will be interested in the Fireproof Homestead reward for 30,000 which will stop fires from breaking out on their home lot all together.
In short, if you're after the expansion for the rewards, there's not a lot that will help your Sim in day to day life, But, if you like the other additions to the game, the rewards with Ambitions work very well with what's included.

New Objects and Items
There are tons of new objects included with Ambitions. Of course many of them are new versions of what's already out there, such as new table styles, chairs and other miscellaneous decor, totaling probably 100 new objects of that variety alone. Some are more important for gameplay, however.
Naturally you'll find skill and profession related items such as the sculpting station, stylist chair, tattoo applicator, drafting table, and inventor's table. These are all expected, but what's truly new?
The Sims 3 Ambitions - Sim doing Laundry
Perhaps the biggest addition is Laundry equipment. Hampers, Washing Machines, and Dryers can all be purchased. When a Sim takes a shower, they'll leave behind some clothes. Use the hamper to collect them, then put them in the wash. Do something while the washer runs, and move them to the dryer. It's an easy process and owning the equipment at home, as opposed to going to the new laundromat, is a good goal to shoot for. When wearing fresh clothes, Sims will get a wonderful +25 moodlet that lasts for 16 full hours, enough to see them through the entire day!
If you wonder where to buy the laundry equipment in buy mode's sort by function, let me give you a hand: Look on the bathroom tab. Next to the sink is a hamper. There lies everything associated with Laundry.
The Sims 3 Ambitions - Sim Playing a Game of Gnubb
Portable Gnubb equipment can be bought from the outdoor activites tab. It's a sport Sims can get better at, much as they improve in chess. Ther goal is to knock down all the pins with a baton. As a group activity, it's great. Sims build relationships and have fun at the same time. Winning also bestows a positive moodlet. Another outdoor activity is the trampoline, and Sims will also improve in their skills on this fun device. It can be joined by another Sim, so it's a neat way to interact and get some exercise.
Children can now make profit from Bake Sales using the Baker's Half Dozen Table. While kids could already cook, now they'll be able to make more items and sell them for a profit. Learn about Bake Sales.
New Moodlets and Wishes
All the new activies offered by Ambitions have associated wishes that can be completed for Lifetime Happiness Points. There's a nice variety of offerings, and they work well with what's already in the game to keep you interested and seeking new goals all the time.
New Moodlets are somewhat sparse, most of which are tied to the Eco-Friendly trait. There are probably 10 varieties for them alone. The rest are directed at Dramatic Sims. Existing traits will also see a little more activity, such as the Snob not wanting to buy second-hand from the consignment shop. Stylist Sims get the Stylin' moodlet at level 10 in their profession, which is a permanent boost to mood. Laundry and Gnubb round out the rest of the additions.
The Sims 3 Ambitions -
New Clothes
I'm not big on dress up, so I couldn't tell you how many new additions there are, but there's plenty of stuff to spiff up your Sim's wardrobe. Naturally, I'd say, considering there's a stylist profession now. The Time Machine, created by inventorsoffers several new outfits that can be found randomly from the past and future for males and females.
New Cause of Death
There's a new way to die in Ambitions, and it ain't pretty, but it is preventable if you're on the ball. Unless you want your Sim to get smashed, run away because a meteorite may fall on them. You can see where the thing is going to land by its shadow, so get your Sim a scootin if the shadow's on them.

Closing Thoughts
So much content. As you can see, there's a lot more to this expansion than meets the eye. If you were debating getting it, I hope this clears things up for you. Eventually this page will be littered with links to subpages about all the new content. Check the home page for our latest additions as our Ambitions coverage continues.

SIMS 3 EXPANSION PACK : LATE NIGHT

A Summary List of New Features, Objects, and Sim Life from the Expansion

Late Night's Bridgeport, awake and ready for the Night Life. Party Time!
Late Night's new city, Bridgeport, at night from the Overlook.

The Sims 3 Late Night was a highly anticipated expansion by Simmers who love watching Sims get down, socialize, and party. In this Guide to Late Night, I'll provide a list of new objects and gameplay features. Nothing in-depth, rather information that will help you to be sure you're experiencing everything the game has to offer. It may even help you decide whether The Sims 3 Late Night is an expansion you'll enjoy. Lastly, this guide will serve as a gateway to find other information exclusive to this expansion.
A New Life in the City: Bridgeport
The new city in The Sims 3 is Bridgeport. Simmers who wanted an apartment life now have it, and there's sparsely available land on which to build a traditional home. Instead, we're presented with high-rise apartment buildings. Parking space is also limited, and Sims may now use mass transit in the form of a subway system to get around.
With the city, comes city life. Bridgeport's denizens and underbelly make Sunset Valley townies seem ultra-conservative. Woohoo can now be undertaken in hot tubs and elevators. Sims are more likely to head to a bar, lounge, or dance club than the park for their weekend kicks. As you'd expect, the full breadth of these features can't really be enjoyed in a town. Late Night is about club hopping and trying to find the hottest party atmosphere around.

Party Time!
Late Night's biggest feature in a nutshell is its Night Life. Bridgeport is filled with places to hang out and party. Dance Clubs, Lounges, and Bars dot the city, inviting Sims' money and beckoning them to let loose. A slew of new social interactions both on the fun and romantic sides now present themselves to allow Sims to show us just how much they're enjoying the night life.
Celebrities can be spotted in clubs, and can be wooed for your Sims to be allowed to share their company. Player-controlled Sims can even climb the ladder of fame. Celebrity Sims get occasional gifts, even some exclusive objects, on a regular basis. They can hang with celebrities and move their way up the social ladder. Paparazzi will photograph celebs. The entire scene makes Late Night feel like it's placed in the Thirty Mile Zone.
A Vampire's Ghost in The Sims 3 Late Night. Don't let your Vampire die of thirst!
Just a little drink and he could've been fine. Now he's a Vampire ghost. And yes, she did get pregnant.
Vampires visit the upper class establishments, a long-lived romantic predator that feeds on Sims' plasma. This is a fun new feature for the game and will likely be the most popular alternative Life State brought with a Sims 3 expansion pack. They come with a long list of features, and few drawbacks. The vampire is truly a new way to experience the game.
New Fashions can be seen everywhere. Sims on the scene dress hot, and some might even say a little trashy. Miniskirts and other things mom wouldn't want you to wear in public are not in short supply in Late Night. There's plenty to choose from for your Sim's night out, but you're going to see plenty of skin when hitting up the clubs. Think rock, pop star, diva, raver, groupie and you've nailed the new clothing.
Muscle Definition in Create a Sim
Muscle Definition in Create-a-Sim
New Body Types are available in Create-a-Sim thanks to the patch launched the same day as Late Night. Muscles can now be given more definition, which changes the way muscular Sims appear to quite some degree. They can get some six-pack abs this way. And of course the breast slider, which allows modification of female Sims' breast sizes. This gives a lot more diversity to the way Sims can look, but most of the ladies in Bridgeport appear to have already had cosmetic surgery.
New Skills: Mixology (Bartending), and More Music!
Sims need drinks when they're out on the town, and the Mixologist provides them. Your Sim can take up the drink mixing trade and make some killer new creations that provide different special bonuses, and can really bring a party to life. This is also a great way to make friends, even with Celebrities. Make an awesome new drink concoction and name it after a star. That'll get their attention.
Of course you're not limited to serving the celebrities to get into their good graces. The Bass, Drums, and Piano skills are out and the instruments can be played like the guitar to wow other Sims and make Simoleons. Sims can now form a band, play gigs, and have jam sessions.
Hot Tub from Late Night
A beautiful, relaxing Hot Tub. Just the thing a Sim needs after a hard week.
New Stuff: Objects Galore!
Late Night gives us tons of new décor, furniture and interactive objects all with a party feel. Neon lights, black lights, and strobes all add to the atmosphere. The furniture gives off a relaxed vibe that fits perfect in a party animal's penthouse.
Bubbles! From the Bubble Bar, of course!
A Bubble Bar. Your Sim can even get better at this!
But not everything is cosmetic. There are hot tubs, bubble bars, arcade machines, shuffleboard tables, dartboards, and effects machines that give Sims a ton of new ways to play when they're not at the bar or shaking it on the dance floor. If you wanted new stuff, you've got it. It's a feature that really stands out. There are new objects in most categories.
New Traits are in short supply. The only new offerings are Shy and Star Quality. Shy Sims prefer to only be around friends. Sims with that special Star Quality will succeed more when trying to talk to celebrities, and find themselves more likely to gain fame. Since a Sim's celebrity rating is so important in Late Night, this is going to be a trait that's very often picked. Especially since the Patch that comes with Late Night eliminates the necessity to select certain traits to spawn a Lifetime Wish selection. We still get five random LTWs when the trait selection phase of Create-a-Sim is over, but a sixth option presents itself – allowing the selection of any LTW.
New Moodlets are all over the place. Mixed Drinks naturally give moodlets, much as nectar did. Sims may feel creeped out by a nearby vampire wishing for a snack. New social interactions bring happiness and embarrassment to Sims, and celebrities feel the delights and occasional crushing burden of fame trying to lead everyday lives in the public eye.
New Lifetime Rewards are always welcome to Simmers. It's fun to save up those points to give a Sim a powerful new ability or bonus. Late Night does not disappoint in this category. All are centered on socializing or living the party lifestyle. Simple rewards like discounts at clubs, and better odds of winning pub games may not be very tempting to some Simmers. However, powerful LTRs like always being on the list at lounges, finding the home of every celebrity to be a world class stalker, or always succeeding as a seducer can really improve the gaming experience.
A Sim playing a Grand Piano in Late Night
A striking grand piano. Its beauty adds to the Environment score.
Lifetime Wishes come in a variety of flavors. There are two career oriented ones to choose for the Film Career Track: Distinguished Director and Superstar Actor, both to climb to the top of their respected career branches. One Sim band sets Sims on a mission to master all four available instruments (the three new ones, plus guitar). Master Mixologists want to own a bar and master Mixology, and Sims looking for the Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous want $100,000 Simoleons and top-notch fame.
Perhaps the most interesting of the new choices shines a huge spotlight on the WooHoo interaction. The Master Romancer Lifetime Wish brings out the playboy side of Sims, sending them on a quest to WooHoo with five different Sims in five different places.
Last, but not least.. with all the other changes, there are of course minor tweaks to other areas of the game. Some of the new objects can be upgraded, and there are a few more fish to catch in Bridgeport. Vampires can eat plasma fruit to satisfy their thirst. Sims can also be given an astrological sign, which doesn't do much but can be another way to make a friend if your Sim's sign is compatible with others.
The Sims 3 Late Night is an excellent expansion to the already fun game. It provides plenty of different gameplay, and Bridgeport is the first city or town added to the game that feels quite different from the others. Living in an apartment, using the subway to get around, and partying with Sims in the night clubs are all welcome additions to the formula. While the skills sort of fell flat in this expansion, it added a lot more variety to the recreation of Sims. I hope this guide has informed you of new things you can do, or helped you make a decision on whether to own this expansion or not.

Late Night Problems & How to Solve Them

There is no Mixologist on Duty!
If one of the night clubs in Late Night loses their mixologist, you can fix it. Open the cheat console with Control + Shift + C, type testingcheatsenabled true, then shift-click the bar. Select delete object, then shift-click the floor and select buy on this lot. Head to the dining room tab, and select bars. Replace the bar with one of the two professional bars. A Mixologist should arrive soon to fill the position.
How Do You Fix a Stuck Elevator
Sometimes Elevators in the High-rise buildings in Bridgeport can get stuck. When this happens, Sims can get stuck inside a building, and may even stand there until they die because they're trying to leave.
The first thing you can do is turn on testingcheatsenabled true through the cheat console (Ctrl + Shift + C). Type resetsim (firstname) (lastname) and it will send the stuck Sims home. The elevator may begin working again. The next step is more involved.
If resetting the Sims stuck waiting on the elevator doesn't work, you'll need to replace the elevator. Be sure testingcheats are on, then use the cheat console and enter the commands: buydebug and RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings off. Now head to buy mode and go to the ? icon in sort by type. From there, find the elevators, select the broken elevator, delete it, and replace it with a new one. Be sure you make the new elevator face the same way as the old one. This is the only known fix for the stuck elevator problem that came with Late Night.

THE SIMS 3

The sims 3 is the famous game that show about the family lived , than i will show you some about sims 3 :

The first few days can be a rough time for any new Sim -skilling, struggling for LTHP, and figuring out how to optimally spend that $16,500 wad in your pocket. Naturally, most of thosesimoleons are going towards your first house, whether it's pre-built or something of your own design. At the start of their journey, new Sims will spend a great deal of time at home - so why not make it an visually pleasing experience? If you're tired of building a big square with objects littered around the edges, or running out of funds when creating your first home, then you're in luck! I'm going to show you the basics on how to design an interesting layout for a single Sim or couple while still having space for important items and staying within your initial budget.

The Essentials for a Good House
Sleep. Hunger. Hygiene. Every Sim will always need to worry about these three things (unless your Sim is a mummy!), so every home must include the ability to fulfill these needs. I'll provide a list of essential items here, but I will not be going into detail on many of them, as you can find that information in Carl's Newbie Guide. Build Cheap! It's OK to purchase the cheapest version of these items in the beginning, it's better to have a well-rounded home than just a room with a few top-notch objects; besides, you'll get plenty of money from raises and opportunities soon enough.
  • Sleep: Bed If you have money to spare at the start, feel free to spend it on a better bed. A new bed should be the first item you upgrade once your Sim is more financially stable.

  • Food: Refrigerator, Counter, Oven, Sink, Smoke Detector Have two open counter spaces if you can, so that when you get a food processor you can have one counter where Sims can prepare food able to go in the processor, and one counter to prepare foods that must be done by hand (this space will also be necessary for Sims to place group meals on). Build cheap! Upgrade your fridge and oven after your bed, a food processor is also recommended. Only get a microwave if you're wanting to cook hotdogs, and coffee makers have a poor cost/benefit ratio - but hey, if you gotta have the java, you gotta have the java.

  • Hygiene: Shower or Tub, Toilet, Sink The sink is optional, your Sims can use the sink in the kitchen if they really need to, likewise they can wash dishes in the bathroom sink if the kitchen does not have one. Build cheap! Your Sim is only in the bathroom for 1-3 hours a day tops, much less after the Steel Bladder and Dirt Defiant LTR, so upgrade your bathroom last. Upgrade to a tub or a shower/tub combo and get a ducky and some bubblebath from the supermarket (or find them while fishing) to get the 'bathe until tranquil' option and the 'ducky time' moodlet.

  • The Optionals
It's possible to train every skill and satisfy needs outside of the home, but it's nice to have the option to do it at your residence if desired. You probably won't be able to afford an object to train every skill, so choose what you buy based on what your early goals are for your Sim.
  • Skills: I usually build a study and pack it full of whatever skill items I think I'll need. Bookcase, Computer, Easel, Chess Set, etc.

  • Entertainment: This can be anything that raises the Fun meter, such as a TV, guitar, or whatever else your Sim is interested in. Getting the Fun meter high before work will increase your Sim's mood and lead to quicker promotions.

  • Space Requirements
With the exception of the bathroom, I recommend that the smallest you make your rooms is 5x4 tiles. As you can see in the picture below, we're able to fit all essential items plus a few goodies in each 5x4 room. Don't be afraid to make the rooms bigger! Walls, carpets and wallpaper aren't very expensive so feel free to expand the size of these rooms, or even combine two of them together.
    How To Plan Your Layout
Let's break down a typical house: In the most basic sense there are two elements - rooms and hallways - and that's all you need for a simple home for your Sims. Pretty easy right? We can even combine rooms to save space and money. For example, your Sim's first home doesn't necessarily need a separate dining room, you can just extend the kitchen and place chairs and a table in it. We can take the concept a step further and include the entertainment area with the kitchen/dining room to create a Great Room feel. Hallways should be at least two tiles wide to avoid pathing conflicts when you have company over.
Have fun with your layout, make interesting-shaped rooms and connect them with a two-wide hallway. Your first house could even have as few as four rooms: a bedroom, a bathroom, a study, and a great room. You could condense further but you run the risk have having a house that's merely a cluttered box, so be careful!
    Sample Floor Plans
Ah, the bread and butter. I'll be showing you four very basic homes that include all the essentials and as many extras as possible while still allowing at least $750 left over for skill classes, groceries, object upgrades or whatever else the individual player desires. Build cheap! Every object in these homes is the most basic version, so follow my 'The Essentials' section above when upgrading. All homes are built on a $1,200 lot by a single Sim starting with $16,500. Be sure to keep reading after this section to learn tips on how to save money decorating, create effective lighting, experience a cheaper build mode, and make your house a home through landscaping!

    The Republic - $15,615

I built this to show the simplicity of the home I described in the 'How To Plan Your Layout' section . Here we have a simple hallway entrance leading to the 5x4 study, the 5x4 bedroom, and the 3x2 bathroom - which also has an entrance from the bedroom. We finish at the combined kitchen/dining room/entertainment room. This is a very basic example of how a simple layout can still provide interest and accommodate a Sim's needs. The rooms are a bit cramped, a Sim would do well to expand on them when funds permit.

    The Summerhouse - $15,154

This plan is loosely based off of an apartment I used to reside in, which is also where I got the name. The entrance is very open, and almost 'mini-foyer-ish' considering the size of the home. Again we're looking at a large room with a connecting hall that leads to all doored rooms. I opted for a bar-seating setup for dining as opposed to the traditional table and chairs. Little variances can really add to your gaming experience, especially if you've been playing for a long time. The front walkway leads around the side of the house, which could be used for future development of a fenced-in yard when the simoleons start stacking up.

    The Ironwood - $15,694

The most expensive of the houses I'll be showing you, this is another lot based off an old apartment (and named after it, too!). Immediately upon entry it feels open but at the same time properly sectioned. The wall between the kitchen/dining room and entertainment room is short enough to tie them together, but long enough to provide a distinction between the two areas; following the natural path of that wall is a short hallway that leads to the three closed rooms of the home. The sliding door in the entertainment room promotes travel through the area and is parallel to the large window in the dining room to give distinct and open lighting. The kitchen is a wrap-around style (this was great in real life, I hope my Sims like it too!) which is a more interesting design than a bunch of appliances on a wall. There is decent room for adding more useful, expensive furniture and still plenty of yard space for a BBQ area, pool, garden and more.

    The Cheapskate - $9,660

If you simply must have as much money left over as possible, this is the lot for you. This is the smallest, cheapest house I could make while still being able to sleep at night. It will satisfy all basic needs and leave plenty of dough left over for a car, upgraded bed, classes, or whatever your Sim's heart desires. There's not a lot of room for expansion with this home, so you'd be better off building it bigger or starting on a new lot once your Sim becomes more financially stable.
    Adding The Finishing Touches
Here are a few closing tips that can really make a difference in the price and appearance of your new home!
  • Build cheap!: there is nothing wrong with starting small. Would you rather have the best TV (non-WA/HEL) or a chess board, treadmill, weight machine, acoustic guitar, easel, best desktop computer, and best audio system? Do the math. Realistically, if you're getting promotions at work every 2-3 days you'll be able to afford the finer things in no time.

  • Create-a-Style is your friend: Love that $20/tile wooden floor but can only afford the ratty $4/tile carpet? No problem! Place a tile of each and use the Create-a-Style tool to copy the expensive design to the cheap tile, then layer your room with it and enjoy the savings. This won't always work on designs that have more than one color pattern, but with some creativity and browsing through the pattern options you can create that look of elegance. Just because you're starting with cheap furniture doesn't mean you can't have it all match or be part of a theme. I use Create-a-Style on all my floors, walls, furniture and even my Sim's clothing.

  • Interior Lighting: Ceiling lights are the cheapest and most effective interior lighting. They generally cost less than their floor/wall light counterparts and take up zero floor space. Personally, I hate ceiling lights because they still show up in live mode and I accidentally click on them when I'm trying to click on something below the light. I prefer wall lights because they disappear in walls-down mode and are less noticeable in cutaway mode. However, they are more expensive.

  • Windows: While providing beautiful daylight to my Sim's home, they are a complete money sink. The cheapest 'regular' window is $75, and if you're a lighting-savvy guy like me, you're putting in 3-5 windows per room. Following our four-room-minimum guideline, we're looking at 12-20 windows, or $900-1,500, which is 5-9% of your starting money. $900 could buy your starting Sim some very valuable objects. I place one window per room in the beginning, then add more windows later as my simoleons increase. The same premise goes for doors as well; just buy the cheapest doors and use Create-a-Style to color them how you want. Upgrade the look of your doors later when you have more money

  • Build Mode Discount?: I'm not sure on the specifics of this, but if I enter Edit Town mode and choose the Build/Buy option, click on an empty lot and build a house, then return to Edit Town and then choose Build/Buy on the same house - its final price is lower (that's a lot of commas!). Perhaps the game considers the house 'used' like in The Sims 2? Regardless, its a good way to save a few simoleons.

  • Go Green: So many people don't bother to landscape their lots! It's very easy, cheap, and makes a huge difference in appearance; there's even a flower/dirt/stone spraypaint tool that doesn't cost your Sim a penny! Look around your real life neighborhood. Must suburban areas have shrubbery and flowers directly in front of the house and a lawn that continues to the street. Many apartments have a common grounds area with grass and trees. Place one of the tiny, cheap brick fences in front of flowers to make them stand out; use the dirt spraypaint tool and add some dirt, or perhaps bark, under your shrubs and trees for realism. Basic trees only cost around $150, plant a few randomly throughout your lot. It's surprising how much of a difference a little greenery can make!

  • So What's Next?: Once you've built your starter house and are on your way to completing your LTW, I recommend fully upgrading your bedroom, kitchen, and entertainment room - in that order. If your LTW is to max out a career, you'll most likely be able to afford the best bed, best kitchen appliances, and a great TV and couch by the time you reach level 10. So when do we upgrade to a bigger house? In my opinion it's best to upgrade key items in your starter house and save up until you're worth about $60,000 - this will ensure that you can move to a larger home and afford to decorate it with mid-level furniture. You'll get rich quicker than you think; this game throws money at you, so just be a little patient, save up, and read on to my Intermediate Home article to see whats in store!

  • Hopefully this guide has shown you given you a couple new tricks to creating a starter home!
Thats it for now, have fun and keep building!
